Credit Card Security

• We don't store your credit card number anywhere. When you type it, the bank only gives an immediate response on whether it was accepted or not, without ever showing us the number. It is charged and forgotten, while you watch, for extra protection.
• Yes this means you'll have to type your card number again when you return, but we hope you appreciate the extra safety and privacy it gives you.
• NOTE: This is MUCH safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or gas station, where you are handing your card to a stranger who disappears with it and comes back later. At Trinity Mountain Gallery, your credit card info is never seen by anyone.

Damaged goods:
If your package arrives crushed or dented, either open in the presence of carrier or refuse shipment. 
Each package from Trinity Mountain Gallery is insured and you will be fully refunded.

Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason or have a problem with your purchased art, immediately contact the gallery via email on the web site for a return confirmation number, then return art work in properly packaged box, insured, with the return confirmation number clearly visible, and ship to Trinity Mountain Gallery LLC within 7 days of receiving the order.  You will be refunded the full amount minus a minimum 10% restocking fee and minus the shipping and handling charges.

This credit does not include packing and shipping charges.
